A tired dog is a good dog!
As a dog trainer I know all too well the consequences and poor behavior that come from having a dog that doesn’t have the right kind of outlet. Most unwanted behaviors start from pent up energy, frustration, or just plain old boredom. And none of these make the dog easier to live with!
As a dog owner, I know how challenging it is to meet the energy needs of our dogs while juggling the slew of tasks that come with work, family, and life. Where is the extra hour and a half in your schedule supposed to come from to thoroughly tire out the dog?
We all want what’s best for our dogs, but sometimes there just isn’t enough time and energy to do it all ourselves. It’s frustrating and guilt inducing to be in a position where you have to choose between the dog, or handling all the other things you have to get done in a day.
I’m here to work with owners to solve their exercise issues with their dogs and to help relieve energy related problems.
It’s time to upgrade your dog’s day so you can have a more peaceful home and a dog that you know is getting the quality of care you strive for.

As a dog owner, I know how challenging it is to meet the energy needs of our dogs while juggling the slew of tasks that come with work, family, and life. Where is the extra hour and a half in your schedule supposed to come from to thoroughly tire out the dog? Not to mention the energy to keep up with them!
We all want what’s best for our dogs, but sometimes there just isn’t enough time and energy to do it all ourselves. It’s frustrating and guilt inducing to be in a position where you have to choose between truly exercising the dog, or handling all the other things you have to get done in a day.
Or worse, realizing after their walk they’ve still got too much energy left and now you’re dealing with that AND less time for the chores you had to set aside.
I’m here to work with owners to solve their exercise issues with their dogs and to help relieve problems that worsen when dogs have too much energy and no where to direct it.
It’s time to upgrade your dog’s day while you’re busy working, so you can have a more peaceful home and a dog that you know is getting the quality of care you strive for.

The Enrichment Services
30 Minute Bike Runs
This is for the runners! If your dog is a highly athletic breed with a need for as much speed as possible, then this is the service for you. We come to you and bike near your home neighborhood with your dog.
Your dog will be able to trot, run, or full out sprint safely alongside a bike to their heart’s content. The dog determines the speed that they want to go and the rider matches their pace. No dogs are forced to run at any time and the handler monitors the dog as they go, stopping for breaks as needed.
All dogs are introduced to the bike in a calm and controlled fashion to ensure familiarity and safety. Most get the hang of it within 10-15 minutes of introduction and are ready for their first bike outing in the first session!
This service is suitable for medium and large size dogs.
60 Minute Sniffy Walks
Dogs use 33% of their brain to interpret scent, and section of their brain dedicated to this is 40 times larger than the part of a human brain dedicated to sight. The importance of scent based enrichment and stimulation for a dog can’t be ignored or overlooked!
Long walks full of sniffing and exploring activities are the first step to supporting healthy and balanced behavior at home. With this service we pick up your dog, transport them to a nearby nature area or park and let them sniff along at their pace while using a 20 foot long line. Your dog is allowed to sniff, explore, observe the world, and be a dog.
This service is suitable for all dogs big and small.
Wilderness Adventures
Give your dog fun trips out into our lovely forests for long line hikes. Your dog is picked up from your home and driven to the location of their forest adventure. Let your dog run in the woods and come home tired and ready to hit the hay and dream about their hike with us. These hikes are usually a couple hours, but can be half days as well depending on our location. Dogs who are appropriate for a group may also be selected for group hikes, limited to 3 dogs.
Wilderness adventures are perfect for reactive dogs and dogs that prefer to fly solo! These are not an every day service, and do not happen more than once a week.
